Delete Data

FUTSL does not provide supporter accounts. Depending on the choices you make, the server may store notification registration data, consented anonymous usage events, and feedback messages. These categories have different deletion and retention behaviour, described below.

How to delete your data

1. Open FUTSL.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Data, tap Delete my notification data.
4. This unregisters your push token and deletes your notification data from our server.

Data that is deleted from our server

• Push notification token
• Device platform (iOS or Android)
• Followed teams linked to the push registration
• Starred players linked to the push registration
• Bookmarked fixture IDs linked to the push registration
• Optional display name stored with the push registration

Data that is kept unless you remove the app

Using Delete my notification data in the app deletes the server-side notification data listed above, but it does not remove local app data stored on your device, such as your local profile and preferences. To remove local on-device data, uninstall the app or clear the app's storage on your device.

Anonymous analytics and feedback

Turning off Share anonymous usage data in Settings immediately stops future analytics collection. Existing anonymous events are not linked to an account or durable user identifier, cannot be selected as an individual user's history, and are deleted automatically within 180 days.

Feedback messages are retained for up to 180 days. To request earlier deletion of a feedback message, use Send feedback in Settings and include enough non-sensitive context to identify the earlier submission, such as its approximate date and subject. Reasonable verification may be required.

Partner enquiries are retained for up to 180 days. Reply through the same contact channel used for the enquiry to request earlier deletion.

Retention

When you use Delete my notification data in the app, the related server-side notification data is removed from our active database. Anonymous analytics, feedback, and partner enquiries expire automatically within 180 days as described above. Local on-device data remains until you uninstall the app or clear the app's storage.
