FUTSL
Last updated: 28 August 2026
The FUTSL app collects minimal data to provide its core functionality:
The app republishes factual competition records supplied or published by the competition source, including player names, teams, divisions, seasons, fixtures, results, appearances, goals, and assists. Junior records are limited to competition information and are not used for advertising, scouting, selection, eligibility, discipline, or behavioural profiling.
Junior FUTSL is a recreational current-season form score based only on published appearances, goals, and assists within the competition. It is not a measure of potential or overall ability. Junior scores require minimum coverage, do not use previous-season carry-over, do not appear in FUTSL Movers, and are not used for ranking-change notifications.
Your push token, followed-competition and followed-team preferences, starred-player preferences, bookmarked fixture IDs, and stream reminder choices are used solely to send notifications relevant to what you follow. An upcoming stream reminder is sent about 15 minutes before its scheduled start. A separate Watch now alert is sent only after a fresh YouTube status check confirms that the stream is live. Stream reschedules update the stored reminder, and YouTube video IDs are used to prevent duplicate reminders. Operator-supplied competition events are not sent as live alerts unless that operating process is separately enabled and approved. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Anonymous app usage events are used only to understand which parts of the app are used, spot reliability issues, and decide what to improve next.
Feedback messages are used only to investigate app issues, wrong scores, profile correction or suppression requests, broken links, and other reports you submit.
Partner enquiry details are used only to assess the requested demonstration or integration and respond to the person who submitted the form.
The Feed is administrator-controlled and does not accept public posts or comments. Allowlisted official-channel YouTube videos may be published automatically when the YouTube Data API verifies their futsal relevance, public and processed status, absence of a YouTube age restriction, and availability in Australia. Public YouTube RSS is used only as a limited fallback that creates replay and highlight drafts for administrator review. Articles and other external links require administrator review. Opening an external story, video, or stream is a user-initiated action that takes you to the named source, where that provider's privacy terms apply.
Anonymous usage analytics are off until you choose Allow in the app. You can withdraw or grant consent at any time from Settings using Share anonymous usage data. Choosing not to share analytics does not affect notifications or any app feature.
The app, website, and API are hosted on Render, and push tokens, notification preferences, consented anonymous app usage events, submitted feedback messages, and partner enquiries are stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Data is sent to our server over HTTPS, and your profile (name, followed teams, and starred players) is also stored locally on your device.
Anonymous app usage events, feedback messages, and partner enquiries are retained for up to 180 days.
Published competition records are retained only while needed to provide current or historical competition information and while their public use remains authorised. Trusted source corrections and removals, and verified correction or suppression requests, are applied to the public projection.
You can delete notification data in the app at any time from Settings by tapping Delete my notification data. This unregisters your push token and deletes your notification data from our server. You can also disable notifications in your device settings to stop alerts on your device, but that does not remove the token from our server unless you delete notification data in the app.
Turning off Share anonymous usage data immediately stops future analytics collection. Existing aggregate analytics cannot be linked back to you and expire automatically within 180 days. Uninstalling the app removes local consent and preference data from your device.
For step-by-step deletion instructions, visit the Delete Data page.
A player, parent, guardian, or authorised club representative can request correction or public suppression from a junior player profile using Correct or hide this profile, or from Settings using Send feedback. Include the player, team, division, season, requested change, and your relationship to the player. Requests are reviewed privately and may require reasonable verification before records are changed.
These service providers process data only to operate the app and are required to protect it consistently with this policy. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising providers.
Loading the Feed may request preview images from img.youtube.com before you choose to open a video. This request can provide ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser or device user-agent, to YouTube or Google under their privacy terms. Other external Feed sources receive a request when you choose to open their link.
If you have questions about this privacy policy, open Settings in FUTSL and use Send feedback, or email philalimov.apps@gmail.com. Messages are sent to the independent FUTSL administrator; SupaLiga social accounts do not administer this app or this privacy policy.
